Re: Plugin adoption request: Libvirt Slaves

2020-07-03 Thread Oleg Nenashev
Hello,

I have granted you permissions in the repository, you will need to accept
the invitation to the Jenkins GitHub organization.

To get release permissions, you will need to update
https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/blob/master/permissions/plugin-libvirt-slave.yml
Before releasing the plugin, I would recommend to do the following:

   - Add Jenkinsfile so that the plugin builds on ci.jenkins.io
   - Update to the recent Plugin POM version
   - Move the plugin documentation from Wiki to GitHub README. See
   https://jenkins.io/blog/2019/10/21/plugin-docs-on-github/
   - Rename the plugin to use "Agent" instead of "Slave", without changing
   the artifactId for now. See
   https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-42816
   - Cleanup documentation and UI/localizations to use "agent" instead of
   "slave"

Again, thanks for stepping up and taking ownership of this plugin. Welcome
aboard!

Best regards,
Oleg
