VMware's vRealize Automation (vRA) is a cloud management platform that allows provisioning on various type of infrastructure. For example, vRA can provision workloads to vSphere, HyperV, AWS, Azure, etc... The other VMware/VSphere plugins are for different products in the VMware suite.
