Description:

I am new to Jenkin setup. I am using Jenkins ver. 1.608, SubVersion Plugin 1.54.
I want to get the updated from SVN periodically. I have two set of Repositories. I have created two jobs one for each repository.
In one of the job I set following parameters :
<canRoam>true</canRoam>
<disabled>false</disabled>
<blockBuildWhenDownstreamBuilding>false</blockBuildWhenDownstreamBuilding>
<blockBuildWhenUpstreamBuilding>false</blockBuildWhenUpstreamBuilding>
<triggers>
<hudson.triggers.TimerTrigger>
<spec>H/5 * * * *</spec>
</hudson.triggers.TimerTrigger>
<hudson.triggers.SCMTrigger>
<spec>H/5 * * * *</spec>
<ignorePostCommitHooks>false</ignorePostCommitHooks>
</hudson.triggers.SCMTrigger>
</triggers>
<concurrentBuild>false</concurrentBuild>
With this it is polling the change in SVN every 5 mins.
But if I set the job as below :
<canRoam>true</canRoam>
<disabled>false</disabled>
<blockBuildWhenDownstreamBuilding>false</blockBuildWhenDownstreamBuilding>
<blockBuildWhenUpstreamBuilding>false</blockBuildWhenUpstreamBuilding>
<triggers>
<hudson.triggers.SCMTrigger>
<spec>H/15 * * * *</spec>
<ignorePostCommitHooks>false</ignorePostCommitHooks>
</hudson.triggers.SCMTrigger>
</triggers>
<concurrentBuild>false</concurrentBuild>
SCM polling is not happening.
I want to just check if anything in the SVN change then I want to download the new code.
