Currently, seems like the flowdock-jenkins-plugin is only able to push notification if there's no proxy in the middle. If there's one, then nothing goes out.

Here's essentially the corresponding code I guess: https://github.com/jenkinsci/flowdock-plugin/blob/master/src/main/java/com/flowdock/jenkins/FlowdockAPI.java#L65

PS : put _test as component since "flowdock" does not seem to exist yet. Will update as soon as the new component is created.
