IMHO, on special cases it should be possible to disable adding the tools home-directory (or configured sub-folder) to the environment-variable PATH.
Sometimes, I've determined side-effects/faults in some (special) batch-files, which are depending on the PATH-variable (specially on the order of added dirs). Therefore, I'm "more" prefer absolute paths (eg. matrix-builds with
different GCC-version/toolchains).
