I was about to open the exact same issue. It sure would break compatibility ... with ascendant errors. As of now it break compatibility with default implementation of jenkins, and all other plugins. (for instance : multibranch wants 'Jenkinfile') what about removing the default value altogether, fail the dsl parsing, have a nice log message suggesting to put scriptPath('Jenkinsfile'), so that everyone set things rights ? Start from scratch on a new CI, read the doc, do as explained : things get broken because of this ... it's not really serious.
