My test worked fine on Edge, but I do see an issue on IE11. In both cases I'm running using modern.ie images on a VirtuyalBox instance on MacOS. In my test, the dialog was appearning, but was nearly off the screen. Autorefresh does something different than you expect (it just forces the Jenkins page to reload periodically). The logs are a popup, so they disappear on reload too of course. With current (today's) state of published plugin versions, in MSIE 11/Edge I see the logs dropdown - but it is tied to the bottom of the window (top of the dropdown is top of the Jenkins version bar down below), and it does not self-update with e.g. logs for a running step of a stage nor as steps complete - but that does not scroll in Firefox 50 and Chrome 54 either. As a user, I would expect it to scroll as a convenience - but maybe that's not the plan Also, BTW, if I click "Enable autorefresh", the dropdown with the logs disappears during the refresh. Is that intended? Which version of stage view are you using though? There was a bugfix I did that ensured the popup is near the stage you triggered it on, due to similar symptoms. So it must be a browser-dialect issue.
