I don't see any -ex flags for the service. Would it be possible to get a full service script startup log? Installed KDE Neon Dev Stable Edition (Based on Ubuntu 16.04LTS), installed openjdk 8 and the Jenkins * 2. 83 (LTS) 89 . 3*.
