I don't think there's anything for the plugin teams to work on and I'm closing this as such. I was now able to create a job using this repository on our "prod" Jenkins instance that contains the newer plugins, however it took about 1+hour for Jenkins to be able to return this repository to the drop down list. How to reproduce this issue: Create a new repository in Bitbucket Cloud. Attempt to create a new job for that repository. Observe that your newly created repository is not available in the drop down.
