[JIRA] [testlink] (JENKINS-18188) When connecting to TestLink, finding error ClassCastException
Bruno P. Kinoshita commented on JENKINS-18188 When connecting to TestLink, finding error ClassCastException Hello! Unfortunately it's quite hard to keep backward compatibility between versions of the Jenkins TestLink Plug-in. In summary, whenever the TestLink XML-RPC API breaks backward compatibility, so do we. The testlink-java-api is updated accordingly, but we have to bump up the testlink-java-api dependency version and, again unfortunately, abandon support to old versions. So if you want to use TestLink 1.9.5, you would have to stick with the plug-in version 3.2. And I think there was some problems with the 1.9.6 and 3.4. Probably what you need for TestLink 1.9.6 is Jenkins TestLink Plug-in version 3.5. Hope that helps, /Bruno This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
