You may want to check with the net-snmp guys, I would like a complete snmpwalk
(.1 from the top) to understand the problem.

You have a limit setup in PostgreSQL and you are reaching it, check with the
PgSQL people.
The Memory size error can be "fixed" by increasing the memory limit in your
php.ini

Thats not how it works.
We cannot monitor traffic to a specific port yet.
It may be possible with the iptables extension to count the packets in the
future.

Are you sure your browser supports the sounds?
When you see a new event in the screen, do a show source of the events pane and
check if there's a .wav file in there.

Your number seems to be ABSOLUTE, not COUNTER, so change that in the interface
field type definition.
