It was not a permissions issue, but a path issue to php.exe that got the
rrd files created for me. I tracked it down by looking through the message
threads in this mailing list. Now, the issue is that the RRD graphs don't show
any statistics and the processes ran overnight. I will continue to
do it yourself in PHP. KR
