For the TFTP problem try to use the other config transfer method to see if it
will help.
For the trigger, your trigger clearly says send 2 emails.
You whould do something like this:
If Interface Type = Reachability then Send SMS email.
That way you catch up's and down's

I have a few problems with jffnms.
First of all, I haven't been able to get tftp
transfers of cisco configs to work.
I've installed a tftpd, set it to run as jffnms,
and pointed it to the /opt/jffnms/tftp dir. I've tried to transfer a few configs
