Here's how I do it.
Go to the main screen.
Click Admin -> Host & Interfaces - > Hosts
Enter the host details including SNMP commuity
For each host, ru

jffnms/htdocs/conf should not exists.
The only conf folder is /opt/jffnms/conf
It seems like you had a permission problem or you separated the /opt/jffnms
folder.
