When I go to the site to download the Media Creation Tool, I don't get a choice
of 32 or 64 bit download as you suggest in your most thorough instructions. I
did download the Media Creation Tool but am hesitant to proceed with the
Windows update.

My IE was really getting on my nerves so with this list's help, I now
default to FF. Sometimes when I open a web page, FF just sits there and I
have to nudge it with a Tab, Shift Tab to get it in focus. Is there a work

I'm running Windows 7 and JAWS 16.0.1925. I was trying to Reply to an
Outlook message and JAWS wouldn't let me type the reply. When I typed Shft
h to write Hi, JAWS would say Heading not found. A reboot of my laptop
fixed the problem but it was quite strange and annoying.

Once you open Firefox, Ctrl-Shft-B will bring up bookmark options. Or, you
could just go to the Bookmarks button if Mozilla is your home page. Ctrl-F
while in Firefox will bring up menus and you can arrow right to Bookmarks
then down arrow for options.
