A quick change in the build script

Hi all Attached is the build.bat file with a extra check validating that the JAVA_HOME is set and if not providing an informative message why the build may fail. Anyone can use it, and maybe someone would like to check it into cvs. build.bat Regards Scott --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus
