Sam, as Angel mentions, this is not a bug. It's very intentional. Each of
those models is in its own "frame" that can be displayed using two
different methods:
integers:
frame 1
frame 2
or
decimal:
frame 1.1
frame 1.2
frame 2.1
frame 2.2
Basically the first is based, in the case of PDB files,

Please, describe the procedure you have used to load the files.
example:
load files "=4KKS" "=1PD6"

The particular 1PD6.pdb is a structure resolved by NMR as so it contains 28
different structures (conformations) -- taht's the reason

I've located a bug when working with two structures at once. When I
use the command "frame ALL", my 1PD6.pdb file gets duplicated a bunch of
times on top of each other and when I try to select the other structure
I have in the universe (4KKS.pdb, which was not duplicated)
