currently checking hardware, Mac Java version, and Safari updates.
The transient behavior is by design. We do an auto optimize on bond and
atom changes. The the atoms are set to go partially transparent until
the calculation is c
Same config as Philip's and same result : there is a transient view but the
double bond is eventually displayed even if the mouse is not moved.
