Phil,
In my attempt to locate my [n={*}[0].molecule;show n] problem mentioned in a
previous email, I downloaded today’s version. I can confirm pdb load problem.
The console says the pdb is loaded, but nothing is visible.

In today’s version (…..6.28) the RCSB protein files in jsmol.htm do not load
correctly. Yesterday’s version (….6.27) worked. Can anyone else confirm that?

I think I got confused and posted to the wrong email chain, so I'll start a
new chain.
I'm seeing RCSB search as broken in JSmol. I'm thinking that it's actually
a problem at RCSB. The 0 matches return that I get for cases that should
have matches are also failing at the RCSB REST test site.
I think it's RCSB. I've sent them a note.

Bob,
How can you close the RCSB PDB Search popup with code?
In a more general sense, can you point me to docs (or code) that controls that
window for writing, opening, and closing?

yes, sort of hiding there in the Wiki, but it has lots of potential.
