On the command line of the applet (the URL line of the browser) you can add ?JMOLJAR="..." and then that will allow you to take any page using Jmol and pop into it a version of Jmol of your choice. For example: http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/explore/jmol.do?structureId=1CRN&bionumber=1&JMOLJAR=http
