I know the advice of never talk smack about former employers, but I call 
BS on that. I've been looking for a new job, and the main reason is that I 
really dislike my current position, and I blame that on the employer.


I've talked about this, and the specific issues I have, in my interviews, 
and I've gotten job offers from places where I did this.
