As I mentioned some days ago, your document contains empty XML files:
meta.xml and settings.xml
OpenOffice just ignores invalid files. jOpenDocument requires valid files...

What do you mean by it's containing an empty XML? The document can be
opened with OpenOffice and LibreOffice.
If clicked Save from any of this then I can open it with jopendocument
lib without error.
