Vincent, I note that the openstreetmap/josm-plugins repo has not been updated since Nov 2017, whereas the openstreetmap/josm repo is up-to-date. Why is this?

The plugins developer guide says use SVN, but that repo says that SVN is deprecated & to use GIT instead. Which is the correct?
