Lately when I download a additional zone, JOSM displays a Preparing data
set message which can take several minutes. I do not remember seeing it
before (or maybe it was quick so I did not notice it). Did something change

I guess it's because RelationListDialog is updated after almost any
change in dataset. I will add possibility to disable events on Dataset
for batch operations, then Preparing dataset should be about as fast
as before.
