it is a free alternative from microsoft, using Visual Web Developer
Express but only for debugging Jscript (no for programming as I suppose
it will add lot of "noise" to your source...)

This plugin applied to HTML tables, provides the ability of
expand/collapse rows (in IE with animation).
The key is using CSS over simple TR, TDs (not using DIVs embeded in TDs).

if no javascript is permited in client browser, at least the
multiple selection exists in the FORM, and if javascript is activated a
jquery plugin convert it into a more usable/visual widget form.
What do you think?
