[jQuery] Form Submit does not Submit Data but its Callback Function works

Hi List,
 please take a look, heres my sample code:

$(".form-config-content-make-button").click(function() {
        $("#form-config-content-make").submit(top.$.nyroModalRemove()); 
});

Right now: The Nyromodal window gets removed but it doesnt fire submit.
