I am new to jQuery and have not a clue how to trigger an event when a user gets to the end of scrollable content in a div. For example many sites have a Terms and Conditions content box that when you get to the "end" it enables "accept" yes and no radio buttons and a submit or continue button. I just need to know how get jQuery to broadcast when it reaches the end of the content.
