Serving php 4.4.7 locally from Apache / mac 10.3.9

I have to call it with an http call and full path
127.0.0.1/js/print.php
then it works fine
If I call it from a static link
http://127.0.0.1/js/print.php
it's fine. but from same directory
print.php
it doesn't
If there's no basic mistake in the code I guessing it's my environment
== nightmare.
