It's not the div shifting. It's that Thickbox 3 removes the scrollbars in IE when launched. I can't remember /why/ right this moment. I suppose you could find the bit in the script that does that and remove it, but I'd suggest finding out the reason first so you can determine whether the results of having it not happen are acceptable..
