[jQuery] sortable not firing always in FF,IE. Safari works fine!

on this page, when you drag around LI's
http://www.vum.ch/thomas/post/11.html
the update: liCounting(), function does not firing alway in FF,IE.
Only in Safari or when you click the LI's.

I have no clue why....
Any tips?
