I am testing the jEdit (www.jedit.org) FTP plugin (1.1.0) against Java 1.8 for my first time. I am running into this "Auth Cancel" exception which only happens in Java 1.8 and not Java 1.7.
Are there any ideas out there as to why this incompatibility might exist?
