We didn't do anything but I was ten minutes late so I might have missed two lightning talks! :) I believe that Tom Hicks is presenting on Scala next month. I'm sure that will be a good one. About meetings in general, I've been thinking it might be fun to start meetings by going around the room and giving each person a chance to tell about something useful or interesting they've come across recently.
