Hi, we'll meet in our usual spot outside of the Carnegie Library on Schenley Plaza roughly 3-5pm today (hard to miss with all the slacklines, people balancing each others, and dropping clubs). Looks like a nice day out. If we get enough people together for volleyclub, I'll bring the net. c. PS: We are looking into hosting a juggling/circus/... festival in Pittsburgh in November. Hi, we'll meet as usual around 3pm outside the Carnegie Library with slackliners and acro folks... Based on our discussion on Thursday, for the rest of the summer, we will more or less stick with this schedule. Unless it rains, we'll continue meet Sunday afternoon in Schenley Plaza. I'll bring the props if I'm not traveling, but there are enough people every week to join anyway. We could use Newell Simon Hall as a backup for rain, but we'll likely just cancel. We also continue to meet Thursday afternoon around 5pm, either outside or if the weather forces us inside, we'll crash some lecture hall. [Juggle] Juggling 3pm Schenley Plaza & RIT festival
Hi, it's warm but there's a 50-50 chance of rain this afternoon. Let's aim for meeting outside anyway with slacklining and acrofolks on Schenley Plaza outside of the Carnegie Library. I'll bring the props out at some time between 2 and 3pm. If it starts to rain, we'll replan on short notice. The RIT festival is coming up soon - April 7-9. This is one of the largest festival in the US and will have a great show (they have Water on Mars performing -- I have seen it before: it's amazing!). It's about a 5h drive. We usually carpool and leave Friday early afternoon and return Sunday night. There is a good chance that the juggling club can cover hotel and fuel costs again this year.
