Summary: In order to enable the OpenStack Charmers to better respond to
merge requests and iterate on the OpenStack charms, all OpenStack charms
will be re-promulgated from ~charmers to ~openstack-charmers. THIS WILL BE
A PROBLEM for anyone who is referencing an openstack charm, listed

how does the api client know the uuid prior to connection? jenv parsing on
