Nightly builds by Travis and Appveyor broke for me. For OSX and Windows, 
maybe not Linux.

rm -rf ~/.julia/lib   works to me.

Seems to be fixed with
rm -rf ~/.julia

Strange that Pkg.rm/Pkg.add didn't seem to fix it
