this is a nice development policy document.
IMHO it belongs into the documentation section of the code repository.

As long as Ugo is active I guess deeJUMP ist as well :-)
I also know that PirolJUMP is (quite) active. The guys involved there
are the ones who contracted us to develop the the LayoutPlugin.
