anything breaking. But the tests weren't very comprehensive. I can do more
testing if there are any specific things that should be tested.
I'm not aware of any drawbacks nor benefits between asbinary or asewkb.

The nightly builds nowadays do not have the lib\ext directory to drop
the extensions in. Is it intentionally left out for some reason?
