- ede's geomconv has been moved from extensions to core

Hi all,
OpenJUMP 1.4.2 and OpenJUMP 1.4.2 windows installer are available on
https://sourceforge.net/projects/jump-pilot/files/OpenJUMP/1.4.2/
In the next few days, I'll prepare a -s version bundled with sextante
and other plugins
Please test and report any bug.
