To Developers: The Plugin Survey is now up and running - a small number of changes to collect some more data so it can be used by both users and developers. I will leave it up for a couple of months, or so, or until the rate of responses falls away.
I would encourage developers to complete one form per plugin - so we can get a full record of plugins that are out there.
