[k-9-mail] Problem with notifications

Since the most recent update, there is a problem with notifications. I have quiet time set for 11pm to 8am. However since the update I am getting LED flashing and vibration during quiet hours and NOT outside of quiet hours. It sounds like I just have the start and end times for quiet time

I too have deleted things by mistake. They get moved to Trash, which is an IMAP folder. WHen I go into Trash, I see the message, and then I try to Refile to INBOX, and am told "cannot refile; message not synchronized". Note that I have sync off for most folders (I have over a hundred, many for
