Just updated my Droid Turbo to Lollipop. Now some messages are shrunk and some
aren't. I've checked and unchecked the shrink message option with no change.
This was not an issue with 4.4.

Running 5.203 on Android 7.1 on a Pixel XL. The storage for the app (all
folders cleared on a regular basis) keeps climbing and is currently 74.10 MB.
11.51 for the app and 62.98 for data. Something about that isn't right. This
new version seems to retain data. Ideas? Known issue?

I believe this issue is related to the Doze feature in Nougat. If you
search this board, you'll find how to fix the issue. Sorry I'm not more
helpful I just recall something about Doze and syncing that was an issue.

This continues to be an issue for me. My storage for the app is approaching
100Mb. All local folders have been emptied regularly (daily) but the amount of

I have to believe that these battery issues are explainable due to bad
settings on polling or polling issues. I realize that you've moved on but
did you ever really go over those to make sure that you weren't constantly
polling or that you had something along those lines occurring?

If you're running Android 7.x, have you taken battery optimization off of
K9? If not, that's your problem. Battery optimization can mess with the
polling of K9. Go to Settings, Battery, (three dot menu) Battery
optimization and make sure K9 is Not optimized. This is not a K9 issue.
