[k-9-mail] notification are not working on Google 2XL

Not sure if it's the Google 2XL or K9, but notifications are no longer working. I've check notifications, quiet times, do not disturb, and everything seems ok. See very unreliable over the past couple of months, I have update set at 5min, and used to get notifications almost immediately. -- Y
