First-in-last-out waiting quere for lock in Kaffe

Dear all,

I noticed that in kaffe lock implementation (in slowLockMutex() 
and slowUnlockMutex() ), the last thread suspending on the lock 
will always be resumed firstly, which doesn't embody equality
policy. Right?
