Hello. I am reporting a problem I encountered when trying to deploy kallithhea behind a reverse proxy. Version is v0.7.0. Enabling the setting 'url_scheme_variable = HTTP_X_FORWARDED_PROTO' in the configuration file (kallithea.ini) caused an error on startup. A portion of the stack trace
