ನಿಮ್ಮ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಮಟ್ಟ, ವರ್ತನೆ, ಸಹಕಾರ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ
ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನಾಧರಿಸಿ ನೀವೆ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಾಗಿ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಿ ಅವರು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ
ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಗುಂಪು ಅಧ್ಯಯನವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ
ತರಗತಿಗಳ ಮೊದಲು ಅಥವಾ ನಂತರ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟ ವಿಷಯ ನಿಗದಿಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು
ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಲಾಖೆ ಕೂಡ ಅದನ್ನೇ ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳ
ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ/ಗುಂಪುಗಳನ್ನಾಧರಿಸಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ
ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಉಪ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ಉತ್ತಮ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ
ಚರ್ಚಾ ವಿಧಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆಧ್ಯತೆ.
