I spoke too soon, sorry.

The issue is complicated a bit by the fact that xdata fields can contain a
comma-separated list of multiple xdata references.

This patch accounts for that, too.

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #20407 (project kbibtex):

This is the last modification (promised!). Since, in theory, xdata references
could be infinitely recursive (entry a contains xdata ref towards entry b,
which contains xdata ref towards entry a...), I have added a safe-guard that
checks each xdata patch is only followed once.
