absolutely MUST have some in-kernel configuration currently. And
mconfig is clearly a better tool.
If we want to migrate to a point where all kernel configuration is
maintained solely outside the kernel, I actually support that. But as a
SEPARATE migration step. I d

Or take a look at a BSD or Linux Web page in one of the oriental
languages... even it contains English quite often.

typo, that should be ...YMFPCI.
maybe you could add soundex to catch misspel
ngeLogs is clearly not to be touched. Various
documentation has to be examined manually to determine if its outdated
or not. There is no 100% automatic way to do this.
