Can kate do auto-replacement? I don't mean auto-completion, but something along the lines of bash aliasing. If activated in the windows text editor I used, pressing any word boundary key caused the editor to check the immediately preceding word against its abbreviations list and replace any such

Hi . Just had to rescue a friends netbook running opensuse 11.3 and kde 4.6.0 32 bit he managed to get a lot of it right but pointed out a failing with Dolphin a set as wall paper function when you right click on an image something i believe that windBloWs already does cant say from

A little update on the KDEPIM situation. Kontact sort of works now, but it feels slower than before. Even changing between Kontact's different modules is slower now. I think about not using Kontact at all, but its individual components, with their windows grouped together (a really cool feature
