[kde] How to get kio-slave audio-cd ogg support back

Hello, I am wondering whether or not ogg vorbis support in the audio-cd ripping kio slave has bin dropped. I run a kubuntu and an archlinux, both with kde 4.9 and both are lacking this feature. Has it been dropped? If not what do I need to get it installed additionally? What about generic
