Update:
I found out when I start any tty1 - tty6 with Ctrl+Alt+F1 (to 6) it solves the
issues until I restart the system. I can open the start menu as usual. Even
when I close the laptop lid and open it its still working.

Harald, the error you get is about libssh negotiated a ed25519 key with the
server but then found a ecdsa key in the known_hosts file. I guess it works if
you use ed25519 which I really would recommend over
